IF YOU WANT AN EXTENSION-QUALITY GARDEN ROOM THAT CREATES A BETTER ENVIRONMENT FOR YOU AND ADDS VALUE TO YOUR HOUSE PRICE

1. Initial Zoom Meeting or Call

Schedule an initial Zoom meeting with us to tell us about your plans. Our first objective is to understand your needs. We’ll work together to find your best garden room solution and cover off the items that will allow us to give you an outline quote.

We’ll be as comprehensive as we can, but we offer a full start-to-finish service and your home is different to anyone else’s, so there are some things which will be unique to your situation which is why we will then offer you a survey.

2. Survey

If you’re happy with the outline quote, Richard will come out to see you and carry out a comprehensive site survey for you.
In his visit, he will cover off a checklist which will include:

Foundations Ground tests

Using state of the art testing equipment, determine loading capabilities and assess the exact size of ground screw needed to provide you with the perfect foundation.

Electrical Assessment Impact on electric circuits

Assess your current electrical installation and the work required to safely run the electrics to your new room. Establish any exceptional issues and enable our electrician to give you a precise quotation for those.

Utilities Scan for cables & pipes

Scan the proposed site for your garden room for any utility cables or pipes that might be hidden underground.

Planning Permissions Required or Considered "Permitted Development"

Formally assess whether your planned build requires planning permission or falls under the criteria of permitted development. Because this is a tailored service that involves technical investigation, there is a fee of £300 + VAT for this which will be deducted from the price of your room when you place your order.

3. Send Your Glorious Garden Room Quote

Following your survey, we will be able to confirm the final price of your garden room and we will send you a pack that contains all the details of your room as well as a reassuring contract that demonstrates our commitment to each other.

Planning Permission

If your build requires planning permission, we will undertake to obtain this on your behalf. There would be a separate charge for this service; on average £595 plus VAT.

4. Deposit

Your initial deposit is 40% of the total and this puts your garden room into production and diarises your installation date, approximately eight weeks away.

5. Foundations installed

We anticipate installing your ground screw foundations approximately two weeks before your garden room structure arrives.

6. Stage Payment

Following your foundations and seven days before your garden room arrives, your second stage payment of 50% is due.

7. Building Installation

Your fitting team will arrive with you to build your garden room!

8. Final Checklist Payment 10%

The final payment is due once your building is up and our team completes the final inspection checklist with you.
