The UK has complicated planning laws and building regulations.
Our background in managing bricks and mortar projects for two decades means that we have the experience, knowledge and continuing desire to meet the standards required of homebuilders.
You may find that some companies skirt over whether permissions are needed because they are interested in working outside of the regulations, minimising material costs for them and avoiding administrative work. An outbuilding doesn’t legally need to conform to minimum build standards, but that doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t!

There are other companies offering quality garden rooms, but there are far more offering glorified sheds. If you are looking for a glorified shed, you will find companies that can give you what you want, for a lower price and sometimes for a similar price.
