5. Foundation Installation
Install ground screw foundations two weeks prior to the arrival of the garden room structure
6. Stage Payment
Make a second payment of 45% seven days before the garden room arrives
7. Building Installation
The team arrives to construct your garden room on the scheduled date.
8. Final Payment
Complete the final payment of 5% after the final inspection and checklist approval.
